WINEMAKING: The grapes were picked by hand early in the morning of September 18 and September 20, 2019 at cool temperatures which preserves fruit aromas and flavors. Each wine was fermented at cool temperatures in order to preserve those distinctive attributes. After being fermented separately the two wines were blended by taste to create the unique characteristics of this wine. Jeremy created this wine in 2019 as a light, easy to drink, summer sipping wine. It was so extremely popular that we have doubled last years production which sold out way before we had projected.
WINEMAKER NOTES: Very floral, this wine starts with a bouquet of citrus, roses and pineapple. The flavor is of crisp fresh tangerine and pineapple with just a hint of lemon. It has a strong backbone of acidity which makes it fresh and clean with a significant lingering tangerine finish.
