Our 2015 Estate Reserve Chardonnay is picked early in the morning to retain significant fruit. Using old-world traditional techniques, this wine is then barrel fermented in French oak. Partial malo-lactic fermentation creates a rich full bodied wine which is aged for 9 additional months in French oak barrels. Aromas of toast and butterscotch lend to refined flavors of apple and a hint of oak and butter. Very balanced and smooth on the palate, this is a wine that can be enjoyed without food if you wish. However, it pairs nicely with a rich chicken dish or seafood fettuccine.
