Our 2025 Vera's Block Sauvignon Blanc was harvested in Mid-September during the cool, dewy morning hours. Quickly transported and gently pressed while still chilled, this process preserves delicate aromatics and vibrant acidity. Fermented partially in neutral French oak to enhance creamy complexity, and partially in stainless steel to highlight fresh minerality and floral notes, the final blend achieves a harmonious balance capturing the best from both methods. After three months of aging, the wine emerges with captivating acidity, silky texture, and nuanced minerality.
