Alexander Valley

Winemaker's Notes

Situated on 44 magnificent acres in the foothills of Sonoma County’s Mayacamas Mountains, the Kreck Estate exudes the true expression of this one-of-a-kind wine growing area. An emerging star in the world of Cabernet and blends, the southern Alexander Valley has a serene elegance dotted with magnificent oaks and rolling hillside vineyards. With similarities to France’s wine region of Pauillac and the northern Napa Valley, the thin, nutrient deficient soils are ideal to grow wine grapes of exceptional depth and complexity. With meticulous care, and a unique micro-climate, the resulting wines are rich and layered with excellent aging potential.
