Sonoma County’s Alexander Valley is the ideal location to grow the renowned Cabernet Sauvignon grape. Our 45 acre ranch with gently rolling hills has thin soils and slightly eastern exposure. Three separate blocks all produce rich, ripe, concentrated fruit. Planted in 1991, the 20+ year old vines are grown alongside Merlot and Cabernet Franc. Dark purple in color with a complex nose of spice, cassis, blackberry pie, and toast. Flavors are layered and rich with mixed dark fruits and a substantial structure. Try with fillet Mignon, marinated hanger steak with rich & earthy sauces or as a stand alone glass of wine.
