Liesl's Potato Casserole

The easiest Gourmet Potato dish you will ever taste!


6 Medium Potatoes
Salt & Pepper
1 teaspoon Garlic Power
1 teaspoon Onion Power
¼ cup Butter
1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, grated
½ cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup Sour Cream

¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup seasoned breadcrumbs


Boil the potatoes to just slightly underdone. Grate the potatoes into a mixing bowl. Season with Salt and Pepper to your taste, and add garlic and onion powers. Add butter and the cheeses, folding it all together. Add the can of soup, and fold again. Lastly, add the sour cream and fold in.

Spread in a 9 by 13 inch glass pan. Top with the Parmesan cheese and breadcrumbs mixed together. Bake in a 350 degree oven, 45 minutes.
